In a quest to bring more happiness in the world, Meegan transitioned from a career in school counseling to the world of ice cream in the winter of 2022. Having traveled extensively, she sought out ice cream shops in every town and learned what fresh, well-made ice cream tastes like and how rare it is to find. Knowing the importance of human connection and that ice cream has a magical power to bring people together, Meegan wanted to create a place at that intersection.

When a beautiful, walkable location became available in the heart of her neighborhood, she knew it was time. Humble Cow Ice Cream was born of the belief that a welcoming space with high-quality ice cream has the power to bring people together and strengthen communities…one scoop at a time.
